01 CLIENT REQUEST
A labor consultancy firm asked us to create a portal for their hotelier clients. The purpose is to automate contract generation for the hotel industry, allowing them to manage contracts independently during the consultancy’s days off and holiday closures (e.g., summers, Christmas, Saturdays, and Sundays). The system will produce a draft contract using the provided information and variables, which can subsequently be reviewed and sent to the employee for signature.
02 PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
We developed this custom portal using Laravel, a framework known for its robust structure and high level of customization. Additionally, we developed an admin panel using Backpack, allowing an admin user to manage multiple user profiles (hoteliers), each with different permissions and types of contracts. To ensure a smooth and dynamic user interface, we have utilized VueJS. The portal is accessible both from desktop and mobile devices.
