A dynamic and high-performance Ecommerce, rich in features and customizations, able to convey to users the feeling of attention and care that they can find inside physical stores. For an even more complete and engaging shopping experience, we were asked to develop a 3D realtime ring configurator, usable on all devices and integrated with the customer’s management system. The configurator allows users to create a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry in just a few clicks, customized in every aspect and made especially for them.
02 PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Per lo sviluppo dello shop abbiamo optato per una piattaforma CMS performante e popolare come Prestashop, sulla quale abbiamo montato un layout disegnato ad hoc per i diversi dispositivi (desktop, smartphone e tablet). Per dare massimo risalto alla dinamicità e all’originalità estetica del progetto, siamo intervenuti sulla struttura interna del CMS riprogettando da zero alcune pagine del sito, e sviluppando funzionalità non presenti in Prestashop come il filtro dinamico, alcune funzioni avanzate in Homepage e in Scheda Prodotto e l’aggiunta di alcuni tool in overlay.

03 ADDITIONAL CUSTOMIZATIONS
The customizations we have implemented to Prestashop mainly concern the structure of the pages, the development of some service tools (such as “Add an engraving” and “Tell someone you like it”) and integrations with the management software for automatic updating of data. We then integrated a 3D configurator connected to the customer’s management software and shopping cart, which can show the user the customization of their jewelry in realtime, change the sale price in realtime, and add the item to the shopping cart at the end of the procedure. By setting a timed timeline, the system ensures constant price alignment and updating of active stores within the Store Locator.
