01 CLIENT REQUEST

A dynamic and high-performing Ecommerce platform, rich in features and customizations, designed to impart the same sense of care and attention users experience in physical stores. To further enhance the shopping experience, we created a real-time 3D ring configurator, compatible with all devices, and seamlessly integrated with the client’s management system. The configurator allows users to create a one-of-a-kind fully customized piece of jewelry in just a few clicks, specially crafted for them in every aspect.

02 PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

For the shop development we opted for a powerful CMS platform like Prestashop, on which we implemented a custom-designed layout for various devices (desktop, smartphone, and tablet). To emphasize the project’s dynamism and unique aesthetics, we restructured the CMS internally by redesigning some pages and introducing additional features. These included a dynamic filter, advanced functions on both the Homepage and Product Page, and a wide range of overlay tools.

03 ADDITIONAL CUSTOMIZATIONS

The customizations we applied in Prestashop mainly involve page structures. We introduced extra service tools, such as “Add an engraving” and “Tell someone you like it,” and then seamlessly integrated them with the client’s CMS for automated data updates. Additionally, we incorporated a 3D configurator that’s connected to both the client’s management system and the shopping cart. This configurator enables real-time jewelry customization, adjusts prices dynamically, and adds items to the cart upon completion. A scheduled cron job was also set up to ensure consistent price alignment and updates for active retail locations within the Store Locator.
