01 CLIENT REQUEST
The client, a law firm specializing in civil law for businesses, asked us to develop a portal to be made available to clients to provide an automated service for the recovery of outstanding debts. The system was to act as a document repository and collector between the firm’s clients, who would generate the files directly on the portal by entering data about the outstanding debts and the debtor, and the lawyers, who would have access to these same files in order to process them and operate on them the out-of-court activities useful for obtaining the recovery of debts due.
02 PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
After a careful analysis of the functionality requirements, we decided to develop the custom portal through Laravel and Backpack: this powerful dynamic framework allowed us to create a customized administrative area that differed based on the type of user (clients or lawyers), each enabled only to view data related to their clients.

A bundled subscription system related to the generation of reminders and a backend for lawyers to manage and assign claims to clients was also provided.
